A four-session working program for system integrator leaders and the teams driving AI conversations with industrial clients.
What we'll cover
Session 1: Wednesday, June 3, 11-12 AM EST US
Having real AI conversations with clients. The different types of AI and where each one fits, the right questions to ask to uncover what your client is actually deploying, and what you can practically put in front of them today.
Session 2: Wednesday, June 10, 11-12 AM EST US
Use case discovery, the way we run it. How to lead a use case identification workshop, match the right type of AI to the right problem, and translate that into deployable scope on the ground.
Session 3: Wednesday, June 17, 11-12 AM EST US
Building a credible AI work plan. Defining scope that won't blow up mid-project, an approach that survives client scrutiny, and deliverables that map to real business outcomes.
Session 4: Wednesday, June 24, 11-12 AM EST US
Gen AI in practice. Building a unified namespace with N3uron as the data foundation, then applying gen AI on top — a working pattern you can take straight into your next engagement.
Who should attend
SI owners, delivery managers, solution architects, and project leads who are, or soon will be, in front of industrial clients on AI conversations. This is built to be forwardable: senior leaders are welcome to register the team members closest to the work.
Format
Four sessions, one hour each, fully virtual via Microsoft Teams. No cost to attend. First session June 3, 2026. The cohort is kept intentionally tight. This is a working group, not a webinar series.
