TOP Server Re-Registration Request for Non-Support Holders

TOP Server license re-registrations due to hardware failure, or other events causing loss of license, is a service designated for our active Support and Maintenance holders. If you do not have an active Support and Maintenance Agreement, your options are:
  1. Renew/Reinstate your Support and Maintenance Agreement
  2. Convert your license from Perpetual to Subscription
  3. Pay a one-time License Reset Fee

While the License Reset Fee is an option, it is highly recommended that you keep your Support/Maintenance current or move to a Subscription license. Benefits of keeping your Support/Maintenance current include:

  • Free Upgrades (typically 3 major releases/year):
    • The latest security enhancements
    • The latest driver updates/enhancements
    • Most current OS support
    • Current bug fixes
    • Current support for device firmware updates
  • Support by telephone, email, online, and, as necessary, online shared desktop interactions (MS Teams, etc.) to insure you get the most value from your investment in TOP Server.
  • Guidance in troubleshooting potential product issues and working to provide workarounds until product patches/updates can be made to resolve the issues
  • Application architecture and configuration troubleshooting advice
  • Re-registration and/or transfer of your license to a new computer, re-installation due to hardware failure, or other events causing loss of license
  • Priority access to paid professional services
